availability, gender, verification of awards and classifications claimed,
valid ID card, proof of address, clean DBS check (if applicable), and right
to work in the UK.

fulfil our contract and provide our services. This includes interactions
with our messages, source of visit, page response times, and tutor
capacity information. This enables our legitimate interests in providing

and promote their profile, facilitating matching between customers and

from Schooly, enabling bookings and payments, providing support for
customers and tutors, and providing photos and videos to create trust
and enable better connections between users.

We also use your information to support our legitimate interests in
developing our website and services. This includes technical
administration of our website, ensuring quality of service,
understanding how our website is functioning for users to inform
product development, preventing fraud, spam, and abusive or
inappropriate behaviour, fulfilling our safeguarding and legal
obligations, and contacting you when necessary in connection with the
services requested by you on our website.
